At Laser Die Mfg. Co, our policy is to make that extra call to the customer when something seems ill-suited for the job request. We take quality very seriously. Our investments in equipment, maintenance, and training are made to enforce our stringent policy on quality. |

Inspection of Tooling |
All dies and related tooling are checked for accuracy and workmanship. We have a minimum of three to five inspection steps during the manufacturing process, from design to final inspection. We place all tools through an inspection process. Upon customer request, we prepare a custom inspection report to accompany tooling. |
|
Inspection of Finished Parts for Contract Cutting |
At Laser Die Mfg. Co, we inspect incoming material for a specific laser or water-jet cutting job at the time of receipt. Our inspection covers the thickness of material, type, and sheet size. We also inspect parts for customer orders before we complete the final cutting process. |
